Job Title: Grade 1 – General Assembly
Reports To: PRODUCTION MANAGER
Location: Ontario, California
FLSA Classification: Non-exempt
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment or perform manual assembly as needed
- Performs work by referring to work instructions and operator training.
- Must be capable of using all necessary power and hand tools to assemble units.
- Punctual and regular attendance.
- Other duties as assigned, following union agreement and applicable labor laws.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Experience with operation of manufacturing equipment in a production environment
- Ability to work with hand tools if needed
- Ability to receive instruction and follow work instructions
